If you find it is necessary to return your Cigar Compadre, please return it in original unused condition, with the original product card, in the original shipping bag and box.
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Include your original purchase # and a quick note of the reason for the return. Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive the package and process your return.
A purchase price, (original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except in the case of manufacturer’s defect or freight damage), refund should appear on the credit card, (# used to make the purchase) or PayPal account, within 2 statements.

Shipping
Shipping is by USPS First Class Mail to all U.S. destinations. For international destinations, USPS International First Class Mail will be utilized. Additional shipping and handling charges apply for international destinations and customs charges may apply.
